Come join us for a walk to meet other pregnant persons and families, to build your community, prep for birth by stretching your legs, and spend some time outdoors!

Walk will take off at the Fountain Creek Nature Center. Bring your other kids and family members, but for this walk dogs aren't allowed due to trail policy. Don't forget sunscreen and water!

Discuss and consult with your care provider prior to exercising, and walk/hike at your own risk.
