Come join us for a walk to meet other pregnant persons and families, to build your community, prep for birth by stretching your legs, and spend some time outdoors!

Walk will take off at the Starsmore Discovery Center and will be hiking the Lower Columbine Trail. Bring your other children, support person, and even pups. And don't forget sunscreen and water!

We will keep a comfortable pace, and will be minimally strenuous. Discuss and consult with your care provider prior to exercising, and walk/hike at your own risk.
